Ponder is a product of FlockConnect LLC. This page explains how to use Ponder wisely, what we do to protect the product, and where responsibility stays with the user. Last updated: 2026-05-26.
AI outputs are drafts, not authority.
Ponder is not pastoral, legal, medical, financial, counseling, or professional advice. Generated content can be useful, but it can also be incomplete, mistaken, poorly suited to a room, or wrong. Review every scripture reference, quotation, theological statement, age-sensitive illustration, and practical recommendation before teaching or sharing it.
Human review is required.
Do not use Ponder output with children, students, groups, or churches without adult human review, supervision, and contextual judgment. You know the people in the room, the sermon context, and your church's doctrine better than the model does.
The sermon and Scripture stay primary.
Ponder starts with a sermon you provide and builds audience-specific discipleship from that source. It is not an AI sermon writing tool. It is not a replacement for your pastor, your church, your Bible, or your own discernment.
You control what you submit and use.
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to submit a sermon, audio file, transcript, manuscript, or YouTube URL. You are also responsible for how you edit, print, email, distribute, teach, or rely on generated outputs.
We avoid sensitive child data.
Ponder is built for adults. Children are not direct users. Parents and educators should use nicknames or age bands and should not submit children's full names, contact information, school details, medical information, photos, or other sensitive data.
Payments and account access use dedicated providers.
Stripe processes payment details. Supabase handles authentication and database access. Ponder does not store card numbers. Access to user data is scoped through application checks and Supabase row-level security.
Third-party services have their own systems.
Ponder depends on providers for hosting, AI generation, transcription, email, analytics, monitoring, payments, and public sermon sources. FlockConnect LLC is not responsible for provider outages, policy changes, pricing changes, acts, omissions, or data practices outside our control.
Legal boundary
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlockConnect LLC is not responsible for generated output errors, theological decisions, ministry outcomes, user-submitted content, copyright issues in material you submit, downstream distribution by users, third-party platforms, provider outages, or reliance on Ponder without human review.
The controlling terms are our Terms of Service. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how to request deletion.
