Setting up Ponder for your church

Branding, theology presets, and inviting your leaders.

Church setup lets a pastor or ministry leader give staff and volunteers access under one plan.

Create the church account

Start from the pastor path, enter the church name, and choose the Church plan. Once the account is active, invite leaders who will generate for their own settings.

Set expectations

Tell leaders that Ponder gives them a reviewed first draft. They should adapt it for their actual people, check scripture references, and avoid forwarding content they have not read.

Use it well

  • Invite the leaders who already carry the sermon into homes, groups, classrooms, and student ministry.
  • Set translation, tradition, and review expectations before broad use begins.
  • Start with one sermon and ask leaders what helped, what confused them, and what they edited.

Church setup should equip local leaders to serve faithfully. It should not turn Ponder into a broadcast system.

Frequently asked questions

Does a Church plan push content to everyone?

No. Ponder stays pull-based. Invited leaders generate for their own context.

Review before using.

Ponder support articles describe the intended workflow. Generated output still needs human review before teaching, sharing, or using it with a child, student, group, or church.
