Reading the pastor dashboard

What the numbers tell you, what they do not, and what privacy means here.

The pastor dashboard is designed for operational visibility, not surveillance.

What you can see

You can see aggregate usage, invited seats, and plan status. These numbers help you know whether leaders are using the tool.

What you cannot see

You do not get a private feed of a member's child devotional or personal study content. Generated content remains tied to the user who created it unless they choose to share it.

Use it well

  • Use aggregate usage to see whether invited leaders are actually getting value from the plan.
  • Talk with leaders directly when you need qualitative feedback, examples, or ministry stories.
  • Keep dashboard conversations focused on equipping, not monitoring private discipleship work.

The dashboard is intentionally limited so church leaders can administer the plan without turning private devotion into a reporting feed.

Frequently asked questions

Can pastors read private personal devotionals?

No. The dashboard is for usage and account visibility, not private devotional surveillance.

Review before using.

Ponder support articles describe the intended workflow. Generated output still needs human review before teaching, sharing, or using it with a child, student, group, or church.
