Billing is handled through Stripe. You can start with the free tier, move to Individual, or sponsor leaders through a Church plan.
Changing plans
Use the billing portal from your account page to manage payment methods, invoices, cancellation, or plan changes. Your saved library remains attached to your account when your plan changes.
Free tier limits
Free users get two generations per calendar month. If a generation fails because of a service problem, Ponder refunds the usage slot when it can safely identify the failed run.
Use it well
- Use the billing portal for payment methods, invoices, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation.
- Check your monthly generation needs before choosing between Free, Individual, and Church plans.
- Contact support if a service-side failure appears to consume a usage slot incorrectly.
Billing should be predictable: your plan controls access, and your library stays attached to your account.
